Hi everyone I just received a custom host from Ehegmus, all I have to say is beautiful. The host is everything I asked for and more polished aluminum looks great I thought I was getting a host made for a Aixiz housing and when I got it its a direct diode heat sink !!!! Thats a nice surprise :) Tail clicky switch is solid held in with what looks like JB weld the diode heat sink fits seamlessly with the rest of the host

if you want a bad ass host go to Ehgemus his work is top quality!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome. How did you get it? I have seen some threads by Ehegmus, but I believe they were old. Do you just request for him to build you one?

Great host! Ehegmus does very nice work. May I ask what its cost was?
What diode is destined for it? Takes a 18650 battery yes?

I pm'd him a few weeks ago about a build i am just starting. i Showed him a pic of something he had built for someone else before and told him that's what i wanted. It was to suit a 12mm 532mn green module and needed a 18650 cell. he said it was $45 posted. If you tell him the diode you have and the cell you want to use, i'm sure it can be arranged as i have seen reviews of his for many different configurations. just pm him the details.

Ahh to awnser all the questions I just PMed him with a pic of what I wanted and he said that I could pay and that he would make it for me it is a 18650 host and it is going to be my future 445nm build :)

cant say enough of the build quality of this host top notch good price to $47 shipped :)

just ordered the diode, lens, battery, and driver for this laser I cant wait to get them in!!!!!

Sorry for the late replies I am on my last run for tritium keychains :( because I am transferring colleges and won't have time but I may have a few now and then I'm selling

Thanks the host is amazing it's my first host that is custom machined for lasers lol I hate waiting on thing to arrive in the mail lol

Nice review! I'm definitely going to buy one of his hosts soon. They're surprisingly cheap! How long from your initial PM, to you finally receiving the host did it take?

I PMed him and he said he had two to do and would make it the next week next week came he said that he mailed it the following Monday so like a week and a half almost two from initial PM but totally worth the wait!!!!!
