Hello today i received my purple blue 405nm laser from laserlands.
the build quality of this purple blue cute laser is a little less, then those of lazerer.
these from laserlands have a little too much play around the focus ring up down left en right. and it influences the focus. i fixed this by putting straps of tape on some places. Now it has no more play.
another problem was the beam didn’t get focused in the distance, it was impossible because it was hardware limited. The lens could ‘end go back far enaf.
I fixed this by removing the glue and moving the lens farther back which was possible by screwing it a little further back.
it all works fine now, but it was a way less experience then the lazerer one which came out of the box in a good state. with this model i had to do all kinds of fixes too make it right.
