I ordered the unit about 5 weeks ago because it seemed that it was a great deal and I was happy to see that they offered free world wide shipping. I received my package on November 25th. I before I opened the package up I noticed that it was torn open which was weird to me. I proceeded to open the package and found a black paper box that had a white sleeve covering it. I took the sleeve off and opened the black paper box. I was surprised to find two AAA batteries already in the laser. I re-checked the polarity of the batteries to make sure that they were in correctly and then pressed the button. I was amazed with how bright it was then sadly the green flickered for a few seconds and then vanished. I thought to change the batteries and did so but it made no difference. The unit was dead. I contacted John and for the last week we have been trying to get me a new unit. I am sad to say that it was no help. I thank John though as he tried his best to help me. John and the bigger company owner do not agree about customer services, John really tried to help but the customer service was the worst. In the end I was offered a $7 dollar coupon. I will never do business with priceangels.com again. I felt like i was pulling teeth to get good service from them and didnt ever receive it from them. This is what im am left with now.

Sad to hear...many people had high hopes for the company.
If John couldnt assist and liase with "head office" to come to an acceptable agreement, then he shouldnt represent the company at all. Only someone who has the ability to change things should.

Yeah it really is sad. John represents for the company and was given a high position but when customers were in a position where they needed help from him he was cut off. He really tried and from what he told me he no longer works for the company... good man though :D

I did use my coupon but thats the last i ever do anything with priceangels.com period! im sure the new laser I am going to receive is going to be just as shitty but ill do a review anyway(a video). The review ill do, im going to do before i already open it so its live and ill be able to document the problem first hand and so i can prove that i didnt do shit to it either. Its not a pen this time but idk. If not it will be a nice host lol Ill but an o-like module into it if it goes to shit like the first one :)

damn I ordered one of this :O
Well I just think that inserting the DOA on your signature is somehow trollish, because John is reputable and does MOST as he can. :(
hope that this turn out to something good ~

have to tell you it's not so good to do like this. At first, my worker only gave you $3 coupon, for they don't believe it was DOA,and you don't supply proofs they need. I quarreled with the other owner( for you), and he agree to give you the results you will be happy to accept. if you are not happy with $7 coupon, my worker will give you more. And you have another choice (they have tell you this, right? ), return it to us to retest. If it is DOA, I will give you full refund and the shipping fee. But you refused, right?

As far as I know, you are happy to get the 7 dollar coupon in the ticket. But now, you put the worst words on my company after what I have done for you.

Do you think it is honest?????????? Nothing is wrong with my customer service, we have come to agreement.


remember it is only a $10 laser, you should describe everything in the thread, it's not so honest to forget something intendly, and we have done everything to help you. You choose the $7coupon happily.

give me a reason!!

BTW, could anyone tell me how to give -rep to one person? a PM will be appreciated. Sorry, I am a noob.

Well here are my reasons.... I took the coupon because I lost interest in anything that had to do with the company. I felt like it was no longer worth my time over a 10 dollar pointer. i was never offered a full refund... so i dont know what your talking about if it really bugs you that much John Ill delete and close this. What do you want me to do? I said you helped me to the best of your ability... I said nothing bad about you... I was upset... So in the end what did you expect to happen? I am a reasonable person. C'mon john... people did after all expect more out of your company and I have not been hearing good things. No one is blaming you... nor was I. Give me a negative rep if you want to...

It is a multiowner company which have 3 owners, and I am only one of them, sometimes we have some divergence, but we can come to agreement after negotiation.

Refer to this time, one of the owner don't agree with me at first, for we have cheat by some LPF members some days before (they return lasers with changed modules) , but after a talk, everything is ok, so they agree to give him more.

In a word, priceangels is still priceangels, john is still reliable john. I have do what promised you to.

And more, the point is: you are happy to accept the coupon in the ticket, and they told me this truth, so I am happy with their solution. My policy is that, if you don't accept the coupon, we will require you to return it. You will get the full refund and the shipping fee(if it is not too much, we can give you the full shipping fee),if we find it is DOA after retested.

Everyone I am sorry if I upset anyone at all. I was sick and tired of the situation... It had taken up too much time and I was done with it. I as the end user believe that I had every right to post this and if you are up set that I did so then so be it I apologize... I am sorry i felt that I was yanked around as the customer and now i am being yelled at by not the company Owner but a representative of a company... I did not and will not lie about this. You, john, helped me as best as you could and I thank you for every second of you time and still think you are a very reliable and helpful person... I am done with this subject. PERIOD. I used the coupon for another unit. I will also do a review on that. Thank you everyone for your time.

forget it, it's my fault to send you lasers not as good as you expect, but we have tested all of them before sending. maybe the quality is not stable, so some members tell me it is cool, but you told me it bad.

Sad to hear that you had a DOA on that laser pen.

I baught one 50mw and one 30mw. I got them and they both work very good and that's after two weeks of use.

I hope John will take care of everything for you
