My first review here...

Shipping
I ordered this laser (and a few greens) from LaserLands on 1.11.10, shipped on 1.14.10, and it came in the mail 1.30.10. Really good compared to Dealextreme taking over month, which is the only other place where I have had something shipped to me from China. So no complaints here.

Packaging
You can see in the video, everything was packed in a box stuffed with Chinese newspapers, and the red laser was in a simple white cardboard box, no giftbox like the greens. The 10mW module I also ordered was hidden in a piece of styrofoam(below), I was a little concerned about the lens getting dirty or scratched because it could slide around, but thankfully it has a cap covering it.

Everthing came in working condition, which is all that's important. (Tho I haven't tested the green module yet, will update later but I'm sure it's good).

The laser body, threads, tailcap etc.
The laser they sent isn't as pictured on Laserlands, or any of 200mW reds they sell.

Really doesn't matter to me, but something some of you may want to keep in mind. I found a Blu-ray laser on LaserLands that is identical to this one, and is also waterproof and focusable. So it's not like they gave me something worse.

The threads are really nice and smooth, feels good turning the top to focus, no wobbling. The tailcap clicky is also nice. Def. better than I expected quality here. The single cr123a battery also fits nice with no wobble or signs of it being loose.

Focusing and waterproof
I was a little disappointed in the focusing. It doesn't turn quite enough to get what I believe is called focused to infinity. I just couldn't get a focus as good as my LOC with a regular axis lens. However it's fine to focus for burning close up.

As for being waterproof, it's the reason I really wanted this laser. However, I'm a little scared to test it right now, so I will have an update later. The O-rings look promising tho.

Beamshots (2 second exposure)
It was snowing a little tonight, so I was able to get some nice pictures outside. I used my PHR @90mA, LOC @420mA, DX 30mW, to compare (the LOC is the beam lower when there are 2 reds). All had fresh battery's.

You can really see how bad the focusing is in that 2nd picture, even my Blu-ray (which I always thought had awful beam specs) looks better.

Video(s)

Just a quick unboxing, and burning demonstration.

And a quick list of the pros and cons.

Pros
Waterproof (hopefully)
Focusable
Seems to be up to spec.
Build quality of the body/host
Good compact size

Cons
Bad focusing for long distances
Host not the same as the one pictured on LaserLands website

Overall
I would give it 7.8/10, the focusing is a real killer.

7.8/10? How did you calculate that?

Could you give us numbers? Try to put the focus as good as you can and measure the divergence :)

+1 for the review.
