Hi All just a review on the Lanling-Tech 100 mw dpss module

Looks like a winner !! especialy the beam quality

Output Wavelength: 532nm
CW Output Power: 100mW
Beam Stability: 5%
Beam Diameter: 2.0mm
Beam Divergence: 1mrad
Beam Quality (m 2 ): 1.2
Warm-up Time: 15 min
Operating Temperature: 10 ~40
Storage Temperature: -10 ~60
Laser Head Dimension: 105 x40x40mm (LWH)
Beam Height from Base: 26 mm
Power Supply Dimension: 90x60x35mm
Input Power Supply: 90V-240V AC
Modulation: TTL Modulation 0~10K
Built-in Cooling Fan in the Laser Head

First of looking at the specs the look great.
1 mrad is very nice for a high powered green laser.
Most green module i have seen on eBay have 1.5 mrad so 1 mrad is very good
Also the Laser head and the driver are encased in a robust housing .
The driver is actively cooled by a fan ensuring the driver stays nice and cool.
And has ttl input for blanking support

The laser head is Tec cooled ensuring a rock solid green output over long periods of use

Overall this looks to be a great product and most important the price seems good

I have the 50mW version of that and 2 of his red 100mW units. All are very nice stable lasers, with an impressive duty cycle of 4 hours constant on (more if properly heatsinked or cooled)

ill see if i can make u guys some action shots

i like the fact that also the driver is cooled since the tecs draw a lot of current its good if everything stays nice and cool

Damn i just checked ebay and these things are quite cheap man, a little over a 150 euros for a 100mw module shipping included. If these lasers are good quality they are most definatly worth looking into, i've always wanted a labby ;D
The red ones even cost more to schip than the units themselves.

R u joking, nice mate and they are already dirt cheap. I own among other lasers a wicked 15 evo wich costs like 150 bucks without shipping wich is a little over 100 euro. I can't believe i can get a 100mw labby for like 50 euro more nice ;D ;D ;D Most definatly something i am considering, if i decide to buy one i'll most defenatly ask u guys for a code. And ow yeah is it best to order them from ebay or can i order them with the manufacterer ? ifso will that cost me more?

Hi Sambo, If you ever want to consider buying one of his products just email him at davidlanling@hotmail.com and ask for his best price for you quoting laserpointerforums and Jason (that is me, as I set the discount up) and he will do you the best deal he can. His discount is not set but it will be cheaper than his Ebay price and may even include free shipping.

Wow that's awesome dude. Just a quick question, forgive me but i know quite a lot about lasers but as i have never owned a lab laser i know much less about them. So what i wanted to ask is, do u just plug these thing into the socket or what needs to be done? Remember i live in Europe so evne if it's just in the socket we probably have different ones here.

Man! I was looking at his store, look at the mrad on the blue 50mw laser he is selling!

I was also wondering if anyone has successfully ordered one of these in the US, as I dont wanna try to order one if its just going to end up stuck in customs.

I don't think labby lasers are really something to get held up in customs... :-?

They're a 'module' and not a portable pointer... so there is no regulation on them since they are not easily and readily pointable at planes ;D
