I just purchased a Lyra g5 laser and waiting for it to come in the mail. It seems that a lot of you have this type. Did I make a good choice?

Yes!
The Lyra G5 laser is a great laser, I have to say. Mine has incredible divergence and a smaller beam diameter than any of my other lasers. Not to mention the laser is incredibly stable, and does not shift in power.
