Other thoughts: Pen clip, sweet difraction grating tip, focusable. If the spot were clean and the power at least 50mW it may be worth it. As is though I would not recommend this one. Perhaps if we can get good ones from the manufacturer instead of FP

Also, what's the laser to which the size of the pen is compared to? Looks pretty weird, never seen that before.

Nope, no free samples. Never have I received one unfortunately. I just saw some new lasers on focalprice and thought I would bite the bullet and test them out for the forum. Every now and then I like to contribute. i was thinking of a 150mw flashlight style blue-violet from hong kong, do you reckon it will get through customs, cause i ordered a 100mw green laser from there and it got through, and i ordered a 100mw red laser but it hasn't arrived yet
