i just received my dragonlasers 1mw yellow, packaged very well

Orange Laser Pointer ---- 594nm Laser ----- Viper Series Lasers :: Handheld Lasers :: Dragon Lasers

this laser is awesome.. i don't have a power reader but i would guess it is easily over 1mw.... probably at least 4mw and maybe 5mw.. it was the best deal i could find at the time for $289 -- i am very pleased in this product!!

the beam is slightly visible in the dark and the dot is quite bright even on a wall in a room with some average lighting

i have owned a 532nm, 473nm, 405nm, and 660nm... 594 is def. my favorite color yet, with blue in a close 2nd

i am thinking a 635nm would look great along side this one.. i may land one of those next ( Atlasnova 635nm Red Laser Pointer )

but yeah only positive things to say about this 1mw dragon yellow! i will try and have some pics, but right now i only have a laptop webcam for taking them so it might not do the laser justice

thanks for the great laser, dragon!!

ps if anyone goes for a dragonlaser ask to chat with Frank, he is the man!

peace

I love the brilliant yellow/gold. That's a nice deal you got there ;)
Oh, and just so you know, 635nm does not seem to be very different than 660nm. It is noticeable, but only if you're looking for a difference in color.

awesome... yeah the color is so odd and that it was makes it awesome..... not quite orange and not quite yellow.. whatever it is, its def. my favorite color... gold/amber mix

i am starting to think my unit may be pumping out 5mw or more at times...

I am a certified pyro tech with PGI and the color of the "yellow" I got from Glenn is GOLD as found in Willow, Waterfall and Brocade fireworks. Super gold in color. Enjoy .

Just FYI, the yellow pen lasers are all made by CNI, I don't really know why, but DL seems to sell for a few $ less than their supplier CNI, (is that $289 w/ shipping, btw?), but I do believe that the CNI provided ones for my GB's, are more selected to peak well above 4 mW. Also, I was fooled by estimating the mW's of yellow lasers earlier, (before my kenometer arrived), I thought the 594's were more than actual, as without a laser power meter, it is near impossible to know if it's 2-3 mW or 5-7 mW to my eye, 5 mW 593.5 looks brighter than 5 mW of 532 nm, but I am told the opposite is more normal for humane eyes. -Glenn

I hate how the best colours are the most expensive ones :(
