Well it looks like I'm never going to get to bed, another question came in email about the meter, it's only a couple of months "old".

So here's a Video of 1 of the 2 RPL's I own, eat your heart out. :D

Hahaha... nice! Nice to see you do a comparison with another laser like the RPL.... and even better the fact that you had to switch the range from mW to W

well.. boys and girls.. I guess that settles it now doesn't it.

Video + high end meter + underpowered laser + one stubborn seller = REFUND


still pissed off that she gave me -1 rep. for proving to her that she has horrible @ customer service and trying to help out someone on these forums.
Just one of those bitches that makes me want to punch them in their throat.

I was just trying to help YOU... without resorting to attacking the seller before
getting all the info :-?

And yes... the photo now shows all the equipment hooked up and the reading
obtained... you can't argue with that.  :)

I hope everything works out for you, I know how it feels to be on both ends. I hate when people actually try to screw you over, if it's an honest mistake thats one thing, but arguing with the customer saying he's wrong is just bad practice. The customer is always right (even if he's wrong :p)

BTW: thats a nice RPL and meter you got there ;D

I don't care if she does have good green modules, after seeing how she treated electron, i'm taking my buisness elsewhere, even if it costs me a couple bucks extra and I invite others to do the same.

The irony here is after she minus repped you, you hade like 7 or 8, now you have 13 from people "making up the difference"

Sorry I was out on business......I mailed the Laser back to her and I'm waiting for it to arrive back in China.

The Laser was delivered Friday 10/24, waiting on Susie's next move.

You know just like in the beginning of this mess, I kept this in private email until Susie said I was wrong it was putting out 200mw and that was that; that's when I went public and after getting hammered by everyone, Susie sent me private email and asked to take this back to private email again, to which I did. She then agreed to a refund, but still tried playing a game with me.

Here's how it went, she'll refund my original purchase price, but not the original shipping cost; then I asked her to pay the return shipping because it's not my fault she sent me a bad Laser. She asked how much?, I estimated the cost using the website and give her the amount, she replies back and says it's entirely too much money, not going to do it.

I then get another email from her saying the website price is about $2.00 cheaper if I print my label on-line, it was amazing how good her English suddenly became. She then said she'd split the return cost with me, but still refused to refund the original shipping cost..........nothing more than a game because when you add it up, the refund amount then comes back to the original amount spent with the original shipping charge. So in reality she's not paying anything towards the return shipping.

I've pretty much kept this in private email as requested and sent her a scanned copy of the shipping receipt which showed the amount and tracking number. After it shipped I asked her to then refund back to PayPal, since it's on it's way and I trusted her when she had my money that her package was on the way. I knew it was a long shot but I asked anyhow....her reply was her accountant won't let her do that, and she wants to but sure the Laser has no scratches on it.....I asked scratches from what?? it hasn't worked correctly since day one, therefore it really was never used.

She assured me as soon as it arrives she'll refund back to my PayPal. Well now four days has come and gone and she hasn't even acknowledged it arrived or answered my email or PM's. Maybe she was shocked I "actually" sent it back, maybe she really wasn't counting on it.

That's the problem with Susie, folks, when it's kept in private she doesn't follow through, at-least with "large" purchases, maybe she's having problems dealing with USD $255.00, she apparently used to trinket sales.

So here I go again, I'm FORCED by the lack of her IN-ACTION to continue this in public. Her stats show she's been on LPF since the package arrived and has sent PM's to others too; so I know she's around.

Susie has left me no choice, so as of about 15mins ago I filed a claim against her with PayPal.
