That's awesome. I sold mine to a friend to help get my Spartan. I really should buy another though.

Added: I just ordered one of these, and will test it's output and the %IR on my LPM, and report back in this thread.
My mailman delivered an empty package, ripped open with no laser inside. :cryyy:
Don't think I am going to order another one.

Ah man I'm sorry. What did the mail man say? Or did you not get to see him...

All he said was: "this is how I picked it up" then he gave my a slip with a USPS number to call (my local P.O.).
I'm not gonna' hassle with calling them. I'm just going to chalk it up as a "loss". I don't think it's worth my time, as it was only $12. :undecided:

thats garbage. These things aren't bad as long as people that use them are safe and responsible. And those 5% of people are the ones that ruin it for all of us.

Very nice review. Judging from what it looks like on picture #3 it doesn't look like it stays in a perfect TEM00. Is this true?
Also can I have the source? I would like another greenie for a cheap price.

Hey Ty:

I own alot of nice green lasers and I must recommend that you get a laser pointer from this seller below:

Super #100 Green Laser Pointer 006 Signal W/CR123A USA - eBay (item 110628339799 end time Feb-23-11 11:44:25 PST)

IQS has is well known to provide well priced quality lasers. That specific laser, The #100, has been reviewed many times on these forums and received nothing but great ratings. You can't go wrong. He also ships to canada.

See reviews here: http://laserpointerforums.com/f45/super-beast-green-58383.html

Does that laser come with a Charger?

I need Help on this two
Ive ordered 3 lasers from DinoDirect.com do think it was a smart investment or Bad.
These are the ones I ordered.
1:50mW 532nm Green Beam Laser Pointer Pen Black - DinoDirect.com
2:50mW 532nm Open-back Kaleidoscopic Green Laser Pointer Pen (2×AAA Included) - DinoDirect.com
3:532nm 100mW Flashlight Style Green Laser Pointer - DinoDirect.com

They Have not arrived yet.
When did you order them? Usually items ordered from Dinodirect (and other China retailers, Dealextreme, Focalprice, etc...) take a few weeks to get to the Americas (ie: Canada/US).
Well, you won't really know if it was a good investment or bad until you receive the lasers and use them for a while.
Many people here will tell you that it was a bad choice to order form Dinodirect because their lasers are usually not up-to-spec. You may get lasers that are a bit below the stated power rating (ie: 50mW may only be 10mW) or have a significant % of dangerous IR (infrared) along with the 532nm (green) laser radiation. Also, sometimes they stop functioning within a few days/weeks due to the poor quality of their products. If you were going to order from China, most people would say purchase from a trusted seller that usually has better-quality lasers and actually tests (and guarantees) the output of their lasers that they ship. Two China sellers that are very trusted are o-like and rayfoss.

This vendor's lasers are very overspec. The one I linked you will be around 100mW. Even his $8.00 green pens are usually 30-50mW. I ordered one and it turned out to be an 80mW green laser. Like I said before you won't be dissapointed.
