I use Lighthound but I am not sure what they charge for international shipping.

I have had great luck with these two AW batteries.

AA/14500
AW 14500 Protected Rechargeable Lithium Battery

AAA/10440
AW 10440 Unprotected Rechargeable Lithium Battery

They do sell chargers as well.

Here is a combo pack for Soshine 10440's and a charger from DX. I hear great things about Soshine's 10440's and with a charger for $17.50 shipped.

Also I have recently ordered one of these from DX as well. It charges 4 batteries at a time and can handle 10440-18650 batteries. I am always impatient with my two at a time Trustfire charger that I have now.

Thank you for the links :)
I already have 2x AA LI-ION batts for my 314mW RC-A2, but need a charger for it. Maybe there is a set with a charger for both types including 2x AAA batts around?

Anyway, I´ll do more research, you gave me a good start +1

A good multiple bay multicharger is always great to have. That is why I ordered the Soshine. 4 bay's and it handles 10440-18650 lithium batteries.

But since I have not received it and tested it this is not a recommendation. But on the other hand Soshine has a good rep from my experience.

It is unfortunate that I can only find their 10440 in a combo with charger but $17 shipped is still not a bad deal even if you were looking for just the 10440's out of it. The AW's I use are $5 each and shipping is around $7 from Lighthound so it is about the same and you get a charger even if it can only charge 10440's.

Also you can search around the CPF they have a lot of information on different batteries. One thing I picked up while looking for info on 10440's that almost steered me away from the AW's is the 350mAh when the Trustfies and the like say they have 500-600mAh. From what a lot of members over there are saying that is a very grand overstatement based on testing and the limitations of the size of the battery. They might as well say 3000mAh.

I just ordered this one Hähnel UniPal Li-Ionen Akku Universal Ladegerät mit 12V: Amazon.de: Kamera & Foto cause of the charging control via LED.

Now I have to feed my Paypal account with some money for the AAA at Lighthound :pop:

Are the newish pen style laser drivers strong enough for holding the current of 2x LI-ION?

Current wont be a problem but the voltage might. It should show the driver max voltage on the details page.
If it was originally designed for two 1.5V in series I would not try to put two 3.7V batteries in series. You might be able to get away with one. See below.

Check this out. Here is what I did for that type of situation. This is how I was able to use a Lithium battery in a host designed for two 1.5V AAA in series.
