Regarding laser module

Can anyone tell me or direct me to a post showing how to remove and replace the module from a power rock torch from O-like? I have finally received the replacement from Suzie, but I can't seem to figure out how to get inside this one. Thanks, your help is appreciated!

You should post pictures of your torch and the module so we can advise.

The photos are fine. At least they're not 6MP images with only the desk in the background in focus.

It looks like you could probably unscrew the silver "washer" looking heatsink around the module in the first photo. Those two holes on the top and bottom probably facilitate the unscrewing (use the tips of some pliers for example). See if you can unscrew it that way to remove the module.

Thanks I got it to work. I kind of figured that at first, but couldn't get it to turn after multiple attempts so asked just to be sure. Had to apply a good amount of pressure. That's chinese products for you..lol
