So i bought this..Everything's in place,only thing i need is a power source.So i took 2 AAA batteries soldered the red wire in positive etc..
I hit the button..then Nothing..:tired:

Could it be that the button isn't working?What's going on?

thx in advance for any input

Did you solder directly onto the battery?!

If you did, the batteries are screwed and now hazardous. Throw them away and don't solder directly onto batteries anymore. If you didn't, I'm glad. =D

Test load the pot (potentiometer) and check the current reaching the diode. If you don't know how to do that, there are plenty of guides here on the forums as well as ways to purchase test loaders.

If it STILL doesn't work, Double check the circuit and the driver. If it STILL doesn't work, you probably have a broken module. I hope it's just the pot!
