Please Help Repair 200 mw DHGate Green Laser

Hi All, I purchased a brand new 200 mw green laser from DHGate for about $60. It worked great w/ no problems for about 5 months then, it just quit working. It doesn't turn or anything. At first I thought it might be the battery (Ultrafire 18650), but I switched out the existing battery with a freshly charged battery and that didn't make any difference. In my limited lay person's opinion, I think there's either something wrong with the on/off switch or the diode. Of course, this are just "uneducated guesses". Any help from a professional would be much appreciated. The reason I believe it may be the on/off switch is I seem to recall that shortly before it stopped working I had to jiggle the switch some to get it to turn on and now there seems to a little less resistance/pressure on the switch (although I'm not 100% certain of this).:thanks:

P.S.- I contacted the DHGate seller a few days after 6 months post purchase and he said there was only a 6 month warranty and although I let him know the laser had quit working a few weeks prior, he refused to honor 6 month warranty since the day I sent him an email was a few days over the warranty period.
