O-Like 300mw Cute Laser Torch Dimmed! Help

Hey guys I ordered a 300mw Cute red laser from O-Like and have had it for probably about 3 weeks now but all of a sudden it has dimmed considerably, I tried using some compressed air to clean to see if something had gotten in the housing but no luck, obviously I tried to recharge the battery but nothing has helped, any ideas?

sent it back to them and you will get a new 1 ( with luck)

Yea I did see that they offer warranties for 6 months up to 1 full year so I wasn't sure if that was my only option, because now the 300mw laser is out of stock so I fear at that point i'm SOL.
