ok so ive had my o-like "real 1 watt waterproof/focusable laser pointer" for 1 week and it preformed very well and i love this laser and the safety glasses that came with them as the are awsome as well, however soon the laser beam started to become defocused. and focusing it only allowed me to do so to a certain degree limited by the laser cap itself. i got very worried and though that maybe the diode was dying and this was a side effect of it happening. however a closer loook inside reaveals a small black ring inside the brass slider which controls the amount of focusing, as it turns out the ring is suprisingly loose and just me using the laser in general caused it to screw itself back more and limit the focusing to a poor beam that when ultimately focused diverged to a 1 inch beam only 10 feet away. my solution was to adjust this ring and it worked, to adjust the ring turn it so that it screws into the laser. the beam is correct again and focuses to a very tiny dot 10 feet away and focusing it in to the max creates a flashlight effect just as it should be. im sorry i cannot provide pictures as they are too large for the server to let me to upload.

Just resize the photos using Irfanview. Make them maximum 800x600 and then upload them to the server. Likewise, you can upload to Imageshack. Regardless, you should resize them to about 800x600.
