Is this normal?

Hey guys, I have a laser with some serious problems. It is a 50mw laser I bought from Amazon a while back and I thought I would try and get it working normally again. The main problem is that the laser doesn't produce a dot, instead it produces more of a blob of green light. I assumed it was simply a dirty lens so I took the laser apart and attempted to clean the lens. However, this did not seem to help and it actually made things a little worse.

The above picture shows the module, lens, and lens holder. Now my question is whether or not I could simply buy a new lens and lens holder or does the problem lie within the module?

This is the dot that module with no lens produces. Is this normal? Is there any hope for my laser? If I could just replace the lens where would I get one? Or would I be better off just buying the cheapest laser I can find and taking the lens from that.

Any help is Appreciated! Thanks!

Try cleaning the smaller concave lens attached to the inner assembly with a cotton swab and at least 90% isopropyl alcohol..

Which lens are you referring to? My assembly only has one lens as seen in the picture.

He's referring to the lens which is attached after the KTP crystal.

See, you've removed the second collimation lens which is the one you "unscrewed" from the module. The other lens is sitting right after the KTP. Be careful with it, you don't wanna screw with alignment.

Ohhhh now i understand. I will try cleaning that lens. Not really too worried about messing anything up as this laser doesn't really mean much to me. But still, the more working lasers the better!

This is what the spot looks like after cleaning the other lens.
