need help with lm317 driver

Wait, are you talking about an LM317 driver, right ? ..... 13,7 ohm used at current limitation, with an LM317, must give 90 / 95 mA, not more ..... sure not 380 :thinking: :confused:

i'm using an LM317TG, don't know if that makes a difference. Otherwise it must be my DMM i think. The fuse of the DMM was burned, but i didn't put exact the same one in. Maybe that's it.

No, a fuse is just a piece of wire, it don't affect the reading (except when it's burned :whistle: :p)

But when you've burned it, maybe the DMM got damaged

The LM type is ininfluent, the current is always 1,25 divided for the ohm value ..... maybe really the DMM is reading bad.
