I have 2000 15uf 20v caps laying around and was wondering if they would work for low power circuit for 5-10mw?

they are tantalum surface mount.

The mw doesn't matter and has no bearing on it since the capacitor is used to prevent voltage spikes. I am using 10uf 16 volt "can" capacitors for all my diodes including my blu-ray. The capacitors you have will work fine...I wish I had a few that small...lol

20/30... if the price is right... maybe more if the price is really right! I like to use tantalums in this application, and I believe in nearly inexhaustible spares supplies!

well, PM me for a price and shipping address so i can see how much (next to nothing i'm sure) shipping is.

these surface mount caps work easier than I thought, the soldering isn't hard to do either.

I'm interested too if they're dirt cheap ;), how much you want for 100 of them shipped to zipcode 75080 in the US?
