Originally, no. I bought the 3-element lens I'm using now from DTR's Laser Shop and Diode Emporium. I suspect that if you send the owner an email (or a forum PM), he'll be able to answer with more specificity.

Sometimes light can bounce off the inside of the silver thumb-nut that is attached to the aixiz threaded barrel that houses the lenses.
