So i recently got into lasers and i only have 1 and its really weak but ive already ordered 1 and i've got my eyes on a couple more. so i was wondering, if i wanted to take a laser out of a cd player or something, would i HAVE to put it in a "modual" (i think?) and just hook it up to a power supply? and if so, how do i know how to supply power to the diode?
