I've run mine around 20 minutes total, with 5 probably being the longest. It got quite warm i'd say around 30-33°C, not just the cap though, the whole body was warm. I've noticed mine doing TEM01 when run for at least 5 seconds this past 2 days of using it, plus it has that weird pattern showing in the pic (above the bright dot). any one here know how to fix these problems? :(

Looks like a diffraction type spot from extremely fine particles on the lens or diode. I've had this happen a few times with some of my greenies after such usage like yours. Could be a problem with the diode window, or the lens, that slightly moved for some reason due to a drop possibly? On the opposing hand, could just be dust then. But consider yourself lucky it isn't any worse, I've had it pretty badly that I've had to return it.

not sure this is a good comparison but i had a red laser pointer and the beam hit the side of the aperature window slightly as it exited making a reflection that looked alot like that picture

Check for mode shifting.
This looks like the beam is hitting the aperture. A mode shift may cause part of the beam to reflect off of the exit.
If this is not the case, it is likely cause by internal reflection in the aperture window and the lens.
Cleaning the lens will not do anything here if this is the case.

Thanks for the help! :)...will try cleaning the lens later when i get home..what do you suggest i clean it with, some cotton buds and alcohol perhaps? or just water...

Edit: Tried cleaning both the diode window and lens, its still the same :(...RA_pierce is right with what he stated above, that's exactly what is happening. I'm guessing there's nothing I can do about now, or is there?..
