help needed with a ophir power meter

for some reason i cannot get my ophir head to work correctly
anyone that can point me in the good direction?
here are the drawings.
even when i connect the purple dotted line it wont work correct

Use the [Search] button...
This has been discussed numerous times in the recent past..

First... make sure your Panel Meter is Common Ground.
Second... you need 2 switches... Both batteries must be
disconnected when "OFF"
Third.... both batteries need to be at the same voltage.
Fourth... Your OPHIR head could be defective or un-calibrated...
