Help my Ray Foss 50 mw keeps shutting down

Help.. My Ray Foss 50 mw green laser keeps shutting down. I purchased a 50mw laser from Ray foss about 3 months ago. Our first green Laser. It worked great but now something is wrong. I works some times. I will turn it on and it may work for 1 or 2 seconds then shout off. Then it wont turn on at at all.

I haven't dropped it and although its the underwater unit I haven't taken it underwater.
Is it toast? Is it fix able? Help
