Help fixing my laser

Hey I got this green laser pointer and it used to work really good and the laser was so powerful
Now the laser isn't as powerful as it used to be and the dot got bigger than it used to be (from the same distance)
what might be the problem, I know it's not the batteries.
I really need this solved :'(

Have you dropped it recently? The lens or crystals may be out of place.

haven't dropped it recently but there have been people who have shaken it up
if the lens or crystals are out of place how can i fix that,
and if any other possible reasons why it may not be working as well please tell me

Where did you buy this laser?

The laser could be wearing down. I mean, lasers do not last forever. How long have you had it?

Have you tried cleaning the lense (careful)?

well i have only had it for a couple of weeks and other than that I have only used it for nighttime use
I bought it on ebay from a store that sold them cheap
I don't know how to clean the lense and i doubt the laser is wearing down cause i haven't had it that long
