(i dunno why the hell's my camera phone so weak)

the one on the left, is what i assume to be the CD burner diode, the on on the right to be the DVD Burner Diode. but i'm unsure. the one I assume have lens in the top and the same design as many images shown. the other one does not have a lens.

I accidentally HEATED it when soldering. was trying to remove the part that was soldered to the 3 pins, but i cant remove it though... =(

and i also accidentally MAGNETIZED it. i put it on a tray with all the parts extracted when , I saw it attracted to the magnet and i'm unsure if it's spoiled. does diode get destroyed by magnets?

would it still work? I ordered an alxis laser to install my dvd burner in.
and is the dvd burner diode I assume to be correct?

The one on the right seems to look like an LCC (long closed can)IE: burner diode. Pics. are to bad to tell for sure.
If when removing the ribbon cable you held the soldering iron on the LD for more then 2 seconds your diode is 99% likely toast. Watch this video to see how to harvest the next one.
http://laserpointerforums.com/f51/harvesting-loc-lpc-815-diode-45153.html The LCC is a little harder (all three pins soldered) but you can use an X-acto knife to cut away the ribbon cable around all of the pins, then take them off separately.
As far as magnetizing the LD, don't know, never heard of anyone doing that before. My guess would be, no harm, but ???

Helping hands are your best friend If you dont already have some do yourself a favor and get some:D VERY handy when desoldering the ribbon

here is a link for an insertion tool they work very well you will never ruin a diode with one of these tools !
