Nice clean picture.  It's OK to crop your images to show just the "meat".  The image is smaller (good for the site - less bandwidth) and it is easier for people to see.

The source of the image shouldn't matter - I just used the simple imaging program that came with Windows to do the crop above.

By the way, are those flat spots on the head - or is that how the scanner made the image appear?

i just put it on the scanner and pressed the 'scan' buton :) the easyest way to get high quality photos

I meant how did the flat spots come from the scanner??
