Hi All,
Have any of you wonderful people used one of DTR's 510 threaded modules in a build before? Are they focusable? what is the power output?

The reason i ask is that i have a bunch of 510 mechanical mods and would like to use one in a build. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Buy all means get two or three if you can, they are awesome and fun to mess with. There are two versions. One with a focus adapter and one without. both are cool .I built a couple of 501 B conversions to 510 Thread. You vape will thank you for it. Clouds with 2- 18350's/ 0r 1-18650. I did a 510 vape mod there great.
Vape and Lase.. ( no nicotine Juice). Enjoy and be safe always Glasses are imperative Note.. DTR and Lazeerer and many other fine folks here at LPF are here . But please use the search bar on the bottom, Its LPF'S Google simple as that. After that just read and read.. Hope i help d a little bit..

Rich:)

Go to DTR site click on diodes, pick a diode or Wavelength . There you will see at the bottom of the diodes he sells 510 modules with diodes and driver all ready to screw into the vape. The diode you choose will determine the correct battery or batteries to use.

He sure does, check out DTR's laser shop, most all his diodes can be purchased in the 510 module.

Edit: You beat me to Lifetime! :yh:

thanks for the info you guys. I'll be sure to check out his website again on something other than a phone. Sorry I have been asking so many questions. I am just trying to make sure I don't jump the gun and end up with something that won't work for me

They all have adjustable focus. What he meant is the V2(the ones that the complete modules come in) have a custom focus adapter which makes the whole top the focus adapter so it has a sleek look. If you build with a V1 you would just use the standard chrome plated focus ring that will come with the diode module you get. There is not one that will not have an adjustable focus.

one last question. i know this has been covered before with standard pointers, but i haven't seen it in regards to mechanical vaping mods. what is the proper battery orientation when using a DTR 510 module with a mechanical mod? is the negative side of the battery towards the tailcap or towards the module?
