As i have only got two hands, i struggle to measure current, as i have to hold onto the multimeter leads, and i need a 3rd hand to turn the pot. I had an idea:
Would it be possible to make a test load/multimeter combo, so that i can just use crocodile clips to connect to the output of the driver, and an LCD screen tells me the current, so i don't need lots of hands.
I appreciate it may be expensive, but i am willing to pay quite a lot for it.

So - is it possible?

Isn't it easier to do it the DIY way - with a bit of solid-core wire wrapped around your testmeter probes, a breadboard, and a bit of patience?

For the cost of a multimeter, project box, PCB, diodes and resistor, shipping and labour, I may be interested in making one for you though

Get an extra set of leads for your multimeter, ones with alligator clips (or just buy a bunch of alligator clips from DX and solder them to your leads), cut one of the wires in half and insert some diodes in series, solder the lead back together and seal with heatshrink tubing.
