Can my laser be focused?

I have a ultra fire 200mw pointer that has a tight focus up close, but after about a foot it gets.... For lack of proper terminology... Bigger. If you look at my pictures... You can see a couple dimples next to the aperture which also has a lense on it.... It is also threaded and appears to be able to turn.... Will this adjust the focus? Or could i possibly affix a lense to the end cap which also threads on? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm new.

We wont be able to tell without pics. Try twisting the head.

Pics are in my profile.... The head twists and comes off.... Theres just a hole... No lense or anything. But once ya take the head off.... Inside is this brass lookin gadget with a lense where the laser is emitted...... This has 2 parts.... An outer cylinder and an inner disk... I guess..... Which holds the lense...... There are threads on the inside which makes me think the lense could be unscrewed... Thus increasing its distance from whatever the heck is under it.... Potentially adjusting the focus.... But i dont have anything to stick in the dimplles... ( see photo)... To turn it.... Its in tight. And i dont know if it'll mess it up. Or.... Do ya think i could just stick a lense in the head? I don't know much about optics.

This should link to the pics

It looks like it can be focused. Put the head back on and screw it all the way in. It should be focused to infinity now. You can adjust the focus by turning the head so that it screws outward. Don't bother messing with the optics inside.

You could but it might be a pain in the arse to find one let alone you need to properly adjust it.

Lazerer.com sells focusable greens if you want.

sounds like a similar laser that i have , when you look into the hole , you see a slot like as if you can put in a screwdriver yes ? trust me adjusting that out or in wont make a difference ive tried already , what you need is a second screwable focus lense , its a brass cylinder with a black plastic piece that contains the lense you need to focus .

those 2 holes (dimples) will allow you to focus the laser. usually these modules are pre-focused to infinity. turn on the laser and point it at a wall or something say 20m away. using the holes either screw the lens in or out to achieve the smallest dot. you don't need another lens, some of the cheaper modules use the black lens assembly referred to in the previous post. the head of your laser does nothing to help or change the focus.

Thanks for the input.... I cant find anything to stick into those 2 holes... It's screwed in pretty tight. I tried making a tool from a paper clip... Bit it was too flimsy.
