Check the current that the good battery is drawing at the end cap..
then check the current the new battery is drawing..
It seems the new battery isn't supplying enough current and maybe is
not fully charged...

BTW... if those are 3.6 volt batteries... fully charged they will be closer
to 4.2 Volts...

I just posted that... you check the current at the End Cap...
(where you put the batteries in)

You complete the end cap circuit with your Amp Meter..
(you do not use the End Cap for the test)

i'm completelly clueless to that problem with the batteries and i don't understand what to do.you say to check the current on the batteries at the end cap.

A simpler solution is of course if the batt. are in right...I hate to sound elementary
I know I have done this and had been pleasantly surprised.:)

Yes.... that is what I said....

Since you don't seem to know how to check the Current draw of
your batteries with your DMM as I said above...

try charging your batteries for 6 to 8 hours... at 3.9V they are not
fully charged...
Are you charging your 3.6Volt batteries with a 3.6Volt charger..??
The specs are normally written on the charger it's self...

A 3.0V charger will not fully charge 3.6V Batteries...

I can't tell from the vid, but does your meter have a setting to test 9v batteries? Using the 9v setting will apply a small load to the battery. I always test my batteries under a load, I use the 9v test option for li-ions because its a safe enough load to read at, and it's convenient. You will notice that when testing with the 20v setting it could easily read 3.95v but as soon as a load is applied ( as is with the 9v setting) the voltage drops to under 3v if the battery is not fully charged.

I have one of those same meters and it does not have a Battery Check setting...

You could do the same thing with a 100ohm resistor in series with the battery and DMM
set to Amps and check the difference of the current draw between the working battery
and the "weak" battery...

Good... then let your batteries charge overnight... then remove them
in the morning and they should measure close to 4.2 volts..
Then put them in your Laser... and try again... If it still does not work..
I would get them replaced...or refunded..
