805t doesn't fit in module.

I ordered some 3.8mm Aixiz Blanks for a 805t. It seems that the module is too small for the diode to be pressed in. I have never built a Blu ray before though. I will link pictures to how far I can get the diode in the module with out applying too much force.

How much force do I need to put on the vice to press the diode?

Looks to me you are trying to shove a 5.6mm diode in a module made for a 3.8mm diode.

Yes.. DTR summed it up. there are three common sizes of diodes to my understanding:
3.8, 5.6, and 9mm

I feel really dumb now...

At least I have a $7 LED now!

Plus, DTR gets money from me for some modules.
