445 nm diode focus problem

Hi i got a problem, my 445 nm 1.4 W laser got glow problem. I dont know how to say in english. just look on photos and tell me how to fix it
focused with 3 element lense, and unfocused without lense
When unfocused dont seen any bad. When focused u will see on the left small glow. How to fix it.

That's a normal abnormality of a 445nm multi-mode diode. Sometimes the square shaped artifact is very noticable, sometimes it is not.

Try with another lens. You could have a bad lens with internal reflections.

I got 2 pics lenses and the problem with the each one. Maybe i have got one of lense put incorrect. Can anyone show how should be correct position?
