Where can I find a great bright 635-640nm diode in the 5.6mm size that is CW at 200mw plus with a SMALL emitter like DVD diodes and that is affordable?????? Also is there any red diodes that are stronger than a 20x LOC for burning with a small emitter that can surpass the 300mw range for burning around 650nm range? If you know get back in touch OK.

You can't find what you are looking for in the 635nm range

You are at about the upper limit in the 650nm range

To do more than these you are going to have to move into lab style lasers

..or combine two with a polarizing filter/cube, or combine several with "mirror cut" techniques, and/or combine several colors with dichros. there are dichros which combine 650nm with 635nm now! so the maximum would be to combine two 650nm and two 635nm with two pbs cubes, then combine their two beams with such a dichro. that would be the maximum you can achieve as a single red beam.
more power would need mirror-cut, which makes a larger beam. or s dpss red. but not in any handheld or cheap version ;-)
