Visible Laser without burning?

Hey, I'm new to laser building and am trying to build a red laser that wont burn (or has minimum burning). Is this possible and what are the specifications i need for such a build?

I found this one (Looking at the LD630P10) but I'm not sure whether it is legit or not.

Yes I'm a noob, so i don't need to be told again, and I have looked elsewhere but haven't found a similar request. I am doing this for a friend and any help would be greatly appreciated! TY! :thanks:

Put the red laser output lower than 50mW. You still need a laser goggle for that.
If you don't want a goggle make the laser 5mW.

Something like this may be easier and less expensive..
