Trying to find out details of this laser

Hi

I have had this Infiniter mini 300 for years my dog had plenty of fun chasing the dot,But he sadly is not with us any more,I had forgotten about this one untill i moved house last year and i found it again,Anyway im trying to find out what power and class it is,Its from the UK i think it was bought from Bluesky.

Ive took it outside but it doesn't seem to go to far i was just wondering if its had its time or just not a very powerfull one?

Doesn't anyone know what the power etc is on this?

Talking to someone at work he said he has a small pointer which he showed me that is way brighter than mine,There is a label saying class IIIA Max output 5mw wavelength 650nm.

Is that a uk legal one he said he has no idea where and when he got it.
