are these good diodes.

Hi I am looking to do another little build and came across these 10mw 630nm laser diodes. Laser Diode Modules It is listed in the red Laser Diode Modules section close to the top. Are these for real and if they are how different would the color be from 635-638nm. I have a couple host in mind but also if anybody has any host suggestions that would look good with this please tell.
The company also sells a 1000mw green laser for $2400 which makes me more sceptical about if they are reliable or not.

That company has been around for AGES.

And when I say ages - I mean, they were one of the first websites I ever visited. Seriously, in like 1996, their website was up, and it looked pretty much the same as it does today.

That said, I don't know how much faith I'd put in their wavelength figure. They might just be listing the lower bound in a range on a datasheet. Their greens are just CNI units, so are probably legit.
