modwerx has lpc and phr for 10.50$ each. theres also a 15% discount for LPF members(look in the deals and discounts section).

I like running the senkat at 300 ma I get 225 mw with an aixis glass lense
I have about 5 hours on it ,i have it in a pen unit .got it from dave over a year ago
have in my pocket now

i would go for 175 mw at 250 mA. i usually set these diode at 340mA (with a duty cycle if you have only a aixiz housing). If you want more pwoer, i suggest you to buy one lpc815 sled here

you can go up to 500 mA (at your risk) with proper heatsink
