I am looking to build a 10mw red laser to be used as a pointer. It seems that AIXIZ has what I am looking for, but I do not see drivers included with the modules. Are they built inside or do I need to get a separate driver. Also, at this low power, do I even need a driver?

Which module are you looking at, can I get a link? 
Some have the driver built in, some do not.
You can probably get away without using a driver, but they are easy enough to make with an LM317 so why not? :beer:

Both of those would seem to include the driver, since they refer to them as a "module" and have an input voltage stated.
