How to fix hair loss?

I am 57 years old.
For the past 10 years my hair has become a lot thinner. Does anybody know a cure from this?

Look at the new adult stem cell research. They have mouse hair regrowth running at 100%! I just wonder how in h**l they soliceted or found these mice complaining of baldness!
