My laserpointer doesn't make a DOT, but a strange wave, who can help me?

As my title sais, my laserpointer have to make a dot, but it isn't a dot at all. i think it is a 650nm red laser with visible beam. I have added a picture of my strange problem.

What laser host is it? (do you have a picture?) Is the lens the correct way round?

That is just an Aixiz acrylic lens. There are notches in the black barrel. Can you unscrew it ? Only if the barrel isn't glued to the host.
The dot looks like the laser beam isn't hitting the lens straight but at an angle.

kind of looked like the laser is shooting out of the side of the lens.

this is what i see, without lens on my wall. A red circle.

By the way, between laser en lens there was also a spring.

The raw output looks very good. It is perfect centered.
I think you have a crooked lens. Do you have another lens ?

Yeah I would say that the little black lens inside is squint. Try unscrewing it and putting it back in.

yeah, the output looks perfectly fine. Has to be the lens.

spring won't have anything to do with it i don't think.

It has something to do with the actual lens. Look in the lens housing and see if the lens is laying straight or if it's crooked.

Just get a new aixiz acrylic lens, they are only a few bucks. Hope you fix it soon and start lasing, i know i am eager to make my lasers. I haven't had one in like a month ;(
