200mw red laser from dx problome!

Yesterday I received batteries (CR2) for my 200mw red laser ive put the battries in the laser and he didnt work like he should the red dot is almost unvisible.
the batteris are full charge, does any one knows what can be the problome?

dead diode maybe? Have you tested the batteries on a multimeter? have you tried to use another set of batteries?

i dont know if its a dead diode cus i dont know much about that but its wierd Cus its was working for like 2 mins or something than i get the batteris out and its just didnt work well when i put them in again.
ive send a message to Dealextreme but im not sure they will get me a new one, i really hope so that they will because i didnt use it and its almost dead now.

What current is flowing through the batteries?

800mah 3.7V
