1 wrong section, its suppose to be in the green laser section 
and yes it should be able to pop a balloon instantly, light a match in around 3 seconds, and kinda visible beam in daylight

Since the red laser section is right next to the green laser section I will assume you just clicked wrong. Hopefully a mod will move this for you.
It really depends on the focus as well. If its a focusable green laser it can create A LOT more heat in a small area because as you bring it to a pin point the energy density skyrockets. Think of how hot the sun is beaming down and then think of how hot it is at the focal point after shining through a magnifying glass. Same principal.
Also dont forget to use the search function before you ask a question because most basic things have already been discussed many many....many times.
