This is the picture with PBS , 2 mirrors and 2 green modules.
But I try to imagine all this optics and seem to lose half of power from each beam .... So if I loose half of power from each beam result I loose a module .
Hmm Maybe I am wrong but ...how

See attached picture of what the beam path would look like here. The two beams are combined into one at (almost) twice the power of either individual beam. Then the beam is directed to the scanners.

I saw the path but I tried to imagine first beam will split in two . One of the half will go wrong to the right to the other mirror and the other half will pass right thru the cube and further to the mirror The other beam the same . In my mind I imagine how will split in two ...one of the half will reflect correctly and the other half will go wrong . So please sorry that i annoy you but I don't see how could work correctly :)

The beams are polarized differently - The beam on the left will almost completely pass through the cube (probably around 98% will make it) - The beam on the right is polarized at 90 degrees to the beam on the left and will be reflected (About 98% reflection) off of the internal surface of the cube, which is at a 45 degree angle - which will move the beam 90 degrees so that both beams are "on top" of each other.

You will lose a little bit of power, but not much.

If you are still having a hard time understanding I'd suggest looking into the polarization of light and what polarisers do. Wikipedia has plenty of information on those topics.

Aha for that reason I need PBS because there is another kind NonPBS So only one beam must to be rotated on his axis at 90 degree.
Both modules must to have the beam rotated or just only one ?
Anyhow I don't know if I have enough space for this optics.

The modules must have their beams rotated relative to each other. You don't necessarily need to rotate the actual module though, just if both of them are polarized the same way.

So to simplify, one beam is polarized this way: --
The other is polarized this way: |

A regular module how is ? Because right now in my project I have just a regular green module and I thought to buy a second one . So the second one must to be polarized ?

Maybe if I will remove that metal wall with holes between module and mirror ...to have a little bit space no ?
