is it worth replacing the NON AR coated lens with an AR coated green viper lens on my 200 mw green module?

Assuming you actually own and have an AR lens coated for green at the correct focal length, sure. Otherwise, you'll probably be installing an AR lens for red (that lovely blue AR coating), which would probably be worse than the non-AR lens.

There's no way to tell because it could a broad band coating or it could be a a coating specific to 532nm.

The coating won't make much of a difference. You are better off leaving it as is unless you want to risk ruining your module for a few more milliWatts.
