Hi guys, i recently purchased an 808nm laser pointer, Its spot size is 3x3mm, i'm wondering if you guys know of a way or if anybody can modify the spot size, i'm looking for 2x2mm or less, the less the better! please if anyone can help tell me, i can pay you.

Disassemble a PHR-803T sled & carefully remove the circular lens that sits right on top of the sled. This will give you a pin point spot, but only from a few cm's away from what you want to burn................ rob

If this fits, it will do exactly what you need. But you'll need to check if the cap will fit on the barrel of of your pointer.
