good burner?

To get a good burning laser what do you need? power and a good lense?

I can light matches and burn stuff with my DX30, though no telling if its really 30mw without a LPM. But I need to hold a lens up to it.
What I'm saying is pinpoint focus with be more effective then just outright power without focus, you need the combination of both.
