SO... I came across some huge *ss lenses. 3.5" across. 3 acrylic aspheric ones, 3 glass double-convex ones, 3 acrylic convex ones. The acrylics are coated for red, green, and blue.

So what do i do? I'm thinking MEGA beam expanders. 4" PVC will work perfect. At the divergances these will get I could make a visible beam across lake erie!

I also have a 4' acrylic lens. Death ray maybe?

As long as you have 2 convex lenses with two different focal lengths, and can make an expander with them.

There is a huge front surface mirror in those TVs too.

Let us know if your beam expander works.

I know, it's massive; but I have no way to cut up a big piece of glass like that. Otherwise I'd be selling 1" first surface mirrors!
