Hey Borg not sure if you are aware of this or not but when referring to these diodes we just use model number and not the projector manufacturers name IE M series, A series, M140, etc.
This is in response to a request made by said manufacturer who prefers their name not be associated with the repurposed diodes.

Should edit the title as well ;)

They don't want their name mentioned as the lasers can cause damage and they do not want any legal responsibility for damage caused by parts of their products.

Just noticed this thread.. I made a labby with a prism pair and an a130 LD. The positioning
of the prisms can be seen as well, hope this helps :D

The lens was a 3 element aixiz which I found to give a nice shape. Did not try this
with a 'G' series though.

Nice build wannaburn!

Hey can you give an estimate of how much output power loss using the prism pair?

Nice correction! Now if only I could find a small enough prism pair to fit inside one of my Ehgemus hosts.

The prisms in my labby build were 808nm AR coated, the loss was huge 30%. Id imagine a
properly coated pair would yield far better results..

The shape turned out much better than what I get with cylindrical optics though.
