Can it be ???

Hi all, i bought now glass lenses from aiaxiz for there module. I made now some tests with my phr and with the acrylic lens and with the glass lens. on both i get only 96 mw ( tested with the laserbee ). I thought that the poweroutput is with the glass lens better, but i get with both the same results, why ?

The output form the glass lens with a VIOLET laser should actually be LOWER.  The AixiZ glass lens is anti-reflective coated for RED light.  It reflects violet light.  DO NOT use the AixiZ glass lens with your blu-ray

A possible reason why they are the same is that the glass lens has an open back so that it lets in more light (but then reflects part of it back). Open the back of your acrylic lens

Thanks all, but i think i will need them all , i Just received my SLEDS ( PHR and LPC and SF-210AW ) Want to make some tests and one SF died allready :'( . Perhabs i will make some builds and sell it ( to get a little bit of my money Back that i have spent now ), they would have big and small heatsink. But at the mom i am testing on the SF-210AW too.

the next problem is that i live in Germany, that means that the shipment is too expensive to ship it anywhere in the world with tracking and that for only a glass lens for aiaxiz module. I think it is cheaper for you all if you order it directly from aiaxiz.

I got slightly more power out of the glass Aixiz in my PHR.

The Aixiz plastic lenses vary a lot from sample to sample.

PHR wavelength also varies from diode to diode.

You can open up the Aixiz glass lenses with a little heat, and install a better lens to give more power.

How is the power on the Hi-Power BR lens I sent you ?

It can be used in the Aixiz glass lens housings.
